Third annual World Music Summer Institute brings students to UCLA

The third annual World Music Summer Institute, which took place from June 22 - 28, 2008 in the Schoenberg Music Building, brought in thirty students from southern California as well as from out-of-state. The one-week program is designed to expose participants to the repertoire, styles, and history of the music of African Americans, Brazil, Korea, and Mexico.
